Shipping policy
Stylecult: will ship Orders to most global destinations. STYLEcult: endeavours to dispatch all online orders within 3 days of fully completed purchases, unless otherwise noted or communicated to/with the Buyer.
Delivery times may vary and expected delivery times are estimates. During times of uncertain shipping management, such as a global pandemic, natural disaster or postal strike, there may be extended periods added to the shipping due to circumstances out of STYLEcult: control. STYLEcult: will not be liable to You for any loss or damage You suffer if the Product is not delivered within the estimated timeframes. If you require extra insurance, please contact us.
Upon your Order being dispatched and shipped, You will be provided by email with an electronic tracking number for Your Order delivery, tracking and estimated date of arrival to You. All shipped deliveries require a Signature Confirmation at time of delivery or collection. Upon You, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing in receipt and confirmation of the Order/s successful delivery, the risk and title in the Product is deemed passed to You.
For international orders, the courier/shipping company shall contact the recipient to arrange and schedule a delivery time. STYLEcult: is not liable for any extended delivery times due to customs processing times or extra duties or taxes required to be paid on shipping entry to individual destinations.
STYLEcult: takes no responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in shipping/delivery transit. The utmost of care is taken when packaging Products for shipment as We want to ensure the item arrives safely to You. If you require extra insurance, please contact Us for the pricing.
If the shipped Order is not or cannot be delivered to You by the shipping / postage company, it will be returned to STYLEcult: at which time, after inspection, We, will contact you for a refund of the purchase price to You, less any shipping costs incurred. You may also lose any relevant taxes, conversion fees, merchant fees, insurance, and duties applicable to the Order. These fees are outside of Our control and STYLEcult: is not liable for these fees in this situation. If you would like the Order to be reshipped to You. You will be required to repay the full shipping costs/fees and all other relevant associated costs before the Order is reshipped. The decision to reship is at the sole discretion of STYLEcult:

Australia
Domestic and national shipments are sent via Australia post at a flat rate of $15.00 for standard size packages. Please allow 2 business days after purchase for packing and shipping.
Estimated time of delivery within Australia is between 3-7 business days from posting. A tracking number will be provided via email on dispatch. Items will be posted within 3 days of purchase.
New Zealand
Shipments to New Zealand are sent via Australia post and charged at a flat rate of $50. Please allow 2 business days after purchase for packing and shipping. Estimated time of delivery is between 5-7 business days from posting. A tracking number will be provided via email on dispatch.
International Destinations
International shipments are sent via Australia Post and charged at a flat rate of $70. Please allow 2 business days after purchase for packing and shipping. Estimated time of delivery is between 5-14 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email on dispatch.
